Where duplicate Accounts are detected — whether registered under the same name, email address, device identifier, IP address, or payment method — b8vip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts and to void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.
b8vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised standards for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and player protection. KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed.
b8vip aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documents in clear, legible format. Players will be notified via email once verification is complete. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully passed.
For Players whose cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or whose account activity triggers AML monitoring alerts, b8vip may request additional documentation including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, recent bank statements, or further identity confirmation. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension.
b8vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following channels:
All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. b8vip does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit card, or any method not listed above.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within 1 to 5 minutes during WIB operating hours (08:00–22:00, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. b8vip charges no withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
A withdrawal request may only be submitted once the Player has completed KYC verification. Where a deposit bonus has been claimed and the associated wagering requirement has not yet been met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will not be eligible for withdrawal until the rollover is complete. Real-money deposits are always eligible for withdrawal regardless of bonus status, subject to verification.

Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
While a Player holds an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, a maximum single-bet limit of Rp 100.000 per round or event applies across all game types. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Each bonus has a stated validity period from the date and time of issuance. Unused bonus amounts and uncompleted wagering requirements that expire within this period will be removed from the Player's Wallet without compensation. Expiry times are stated in WIB.

Where bonus abuse is identified, b8vip reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and restrict future eligibility for promotions.

In summary, b8vip collects data necessary to operate Player Accounts, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, deliver customer support, and personalise your experience on the Platform. b8vip does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (payment processors, game studios, fraud-detection platforms) under strict confidentiality obligations, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
A Player may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting b8vip support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding unvested Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure does not affect the Player's self-exclusion status where one is active.
b8vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, b8vip may forfeit the Account balance without refund.
Upon closure of an Account — whether voluntary or by b8vip — the Player's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15) shall remain in full force after Account closure.
b8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting withdrawal procedures, bonus eligibility, or Player liability — b8vip will provide advance notice via on-platform announcement or email to the address registered on the affected Account, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not reduce Player rights), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b8vip is registered and licensed to operate.
b8vip and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting b8vip support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of b8vip's jurisdiction of registration.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to a court for interim injunctive or other equitable relief.
